Joint test for BMW racers

BMW Motorrad HP Race Camp in Almeria

In preparation for the new season, a host of BMW Motorrad racers from a wide range of different championships will meet up in Almeria, Spain, in March for the joint test offered at the BMW Motorrad HP Race Camp. The event will take place from 9th to 11th March as part of the BMW Motorrad Test Camp, which is organised by BMW Motorrad Deutschland and Bike Promotion. It is specifically designed for professional and semi-professional race riders.

The BMW Motorrad HP Race Camp offers BMW riders and teams the opportunity to test and prepare their BMW S 1000 RRs for the new season in ideal conditions and with perfect technical support from HP Race Support. Each test day will feature at least five 30-minute practice sessions. Instructor Jürgen Fuchs will also be on hand to offer individual training upon request.

On-site support from HP RaceSupport

The engineers and mechanics from HP RaceSupport will be on-site to advise and assist the customer racing teams at this joint test – whether it be questions regarding the optimal set-up for the BMW S 1000 RR, or electronics issues. With the comprehensive support of HP Race Support, this open test is a great opportunity for the team technicians to familiarize themselves with the latest updates.

The opportunity to test together, and with the support of HP Race Support, has been warmly welcomed by the BMW Motorrad Motorsport community. Many BMW racers and teams have already signed up for the BMW Motorrad HP Race Camp in Almeria, including riders and outfits in the British Superbike Championship (BSB), SUPERBIKE*IDM (IDM) and numerous further national championships. Places are still available for any riders and teams interested.
